Our Apartment
This almost new apartment is situated on the 1st floor overlooking one of the swimming pools, Miraflores golf course and the surrounding countryside.  This is a luxurious and spacious apartment that can sleep up to 4 people comfortably and is furnished to a very high standard.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), fully automatic air conditioning, heating and satellite television (Free View Sky Channels) with DVD player.  Wireless internet access is also available (using your own PC).
The apartment benefits from a fully fitted kitchen with cooker (full size ceramic hob and electric oven), large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a videophone entry system.
There is a spacious terrace with furniture for 4 where you can enjoy the afternoon sun.
sleeping :
The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total: 1 double and 1 twin,  the master bedroom has en-suite facilities.  Bed linen and towels (but not beach towels) are provided.
general :
The apartment has 2 bathrooms for your convenience, one with bath/shower and the other with a shower.  Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.  Central heating keeps the apartment warm when required over the winter months.
entertainment :
The apartment has satellite television (Free View Sky Channels), DVD player and wireless internet access (with your own PC).
eating & living :
There is ample room for 4 in the living room and dining area.  This is a non-smoking apartment, although we have no objection for smoking on the terrace.
parking :
A secure underground parking space is allocated to the apartment.  Access to the apartment is either via the parking area or via the entrance to the complex.
The apartment is ideally suited for short-term golf and relaxing holiday rentals, but is also available for long-term rentals, especially over the winter months.  Please contact us for
