Deposits and payments by cheque can only be taken on UK sterling cheques drawn on UK bank accounts and should be made payable to “Malcolm Johnson” and posted to our contact address.

Rates and Reservations

2-Bedroom/2-Bath Apartment - 2009 and 2010 Rates

Sterling cheques are our preferred method of payment, however, we will accept PayPal (click on the logo above to learn about or pay using PayPal) with prior agreement. € and $ transfers are also accepted.

Terms and Conditions

A 20% deposit is required at the time of your booking with the balance 4 weeks prior to your arrival. A refundable deposit of £100.00 is required to cover breakages, excess use of electricity, any excess cleaning or loss of keys. This deposit is to be paid 4 weeks prior to departure and is normally returned within one week of your departure.

Check-in time is normally 2:00PM, with a check-out time of 10:00AM. These times allow housekeeping to clean the apartment ready for our next guest.

After your reservation payment has been received written confirmation will be sent back to you.

Cancellations received no later than 900 days prior to your arrival will be entitled to a 100% refund less any costs incurred. Cancellations received 30-60 days prior to your arrival will be entitled to a 50% refund less any costs incurred. All cancellations received within 30 days of your arrival or your “No-show’” will forfeit 100% of the rental fee paid so far.

We do not accept any liability for injury, damage or loss caused by any reason or for any claim made as a result of this booking and/or your subsequent holiday. This waiver applies to all guests included on the Reservation Form and to any person visiting the property as your guest.

Other Services

Entry to Premises: authorised employees or repairmen may enter the premises during business hours for any purpose connected with the repair, improvement, care, and management of the premises. The guests permission will be sought prior to entry, however, such permission must be granted.

Adobe Reader is required to access our “Reservation Form”. Click on the Adobe Logo if you do not have the Reader to visit the appropriate page on Adobe’s Web-site or visit www.adobe.com to download.

Prices quoted are per apartment and include taxes, electricity and end of stay clean.

The minimum stay is 3 nights at the above rates. Shorter stays are available on request, but are subject to a £50(€75/$95) cleaning fee at the end of your stay. Discounts are available for stays greater than 1 week. Please contact us for further details.

If your requirement spans more than one band then a prorated rate should be used.

We know other owners at Royal Golf Riviera who have 2-bed/2-bath and 3-bed/2-bath apartments. Please feel free to contact us for further details should we not be able to meet your requirements.
